About me

I am currently a Computer Engineering student at the University of California with a concentration in computer systems. My areas of interest include computer vision, telepresence robotics, and software development. In my free time I greatly enjoy working on robotics projects that better aid our communities. Lately I have been involved in human skeleton tracking, speech recognition, and data technologies to build educational tools. Through my work in FIRST robotics and a graduate research project I have gained much knowledge and always look forward for a chance to contribute to the world of tech.

I strive to leave a lasting mark in the world of technology & engineering, aiding our communities while promoting open source.

• Building a Smart Room system which will allow teachers/parents to more efficiently teach kids in an interactive way

• Using Microsoft Kinect, motion tracking, facial recognition, and voice recognition to learn and adapt to different children's skill sets, learnings style, and use their world around them as their learning playground

• Creating an educational mobile/tablet application to accelerate the growth of reading, writing, and speaking skills in young children, by allowing them to more efficiently link together speech with written language

Software Engineering Intern

• Work with biometric peripherals in Android: fingerprint, eye capture, passport readers, nfc card. Help create applications demonstrating company-made SDK. Also help fix numerous bugs throughout a handful of Android Apps

• Created two major applications used in every single device to automate testing & error checking, sped up Q&A testing by 20x

• Used ADB very heavily in all aspects from install, debugging, package manager, logcats, and sysem configs

• Linust shell scripting for automation. Created scripts which would simultaneously run on hundreds of devices at a time

• Technologies Used: Android SDK/Studio, Java, Linux, Bash, Biometric Peripherals
